Just behind the fishing Pueblo of La Cala de Mijas in an established area of luxury villas this is a perfect holiday destination. An ideal base for the whole family.
There are six bedrooms each capable of sleeping 2 persons although there is no reason why a couple should not feel very much at home. There are very attractive rental rates for one and two bedroom occupancy out of season.
The villa has three lounge areas, dining room, two full bathrooms, a modern fitted kitchen and lots of terrace and garden areas.
The whole house is air conditioned and was totally refurbished in May 2004.
The fabulous swimming pool is a recent addition to the villa and is the last word in stylish living. The pool is large and totally covered with direct access from the downstairs lounge area. It is heated for all year round use and has large sliding glass windows which may be opened in the summer months. You may wish to keep these closed however as even the pool enclosure is air conditioned.
Three of the windows may be opened to create a seamless transition between the open terrace area and the pool.
The dining room is beautifully furnished and has an after dinner lounge area .
There is also an indoor built in barbecue in the dining room..
The villa is on two levels, the upper part raised by six steps from the garden and there is then a sloping drive to the garage and to the lower level and open swimming pool terrace.
The bedrooms all have a theme - interior designs are by a well known local French Interior Design House. There are two double bedrooms and the other four have separate beds.
The villa is very well equipped including satellite TV, Hi Fi and it is fully protected with alarms.
The children's garden is right off the swimming pool with a well cared for lawn, a wendy house and full size trampoline.
La Cala is well located for the entertainments of the Costa del Sol and in particular the horse racing track, The Hipodromo - is only five minutes up the road.
Golf of course, is in abundance, many International standard courses are within minutes of the villa, La Cala Golf, Miraflores, Mijas Golf and Cabopino are but a few. For children the list is endless, Horse riding in La Cala, Tivoli World at Benalmadena, golden sandy beaches, watersports, Tennis Club del Sol they just won't have time for it all.
Places to visit include: Granada, Marbella, Fuengirola, Malaga, Benalmadena, Mijas, Mijas Hippodrome, Seville, Torremolinos, Puerto Banus, Ronda, Sierra Nevada, Tivoli World and the golden beaches of the Costa del Sol.
