Sitting just above the 13th fairway on Miraflores golf course in an established area of luxury villas this is your perfect holiday destination. An ideal base for the whole family.
There are a total of five bedrooms (including a two bedroom apartment), each bedroom is capable of sleeping 2 persons although there is no reason why a couple should not feel very much at home here.
There are various out of season options available. The 2 bedroom apartment or the 3 bedroom villa can be rented independantly.
The villa area has a lounge, large dining room, two full bathrooms, a modern fitted kitchen and lots of terrace and garden areas.
The whole house is air conditioned and beautifully furnished.
The fabulous swimming pool is just off the lounge and on the edge of the golf course.
There is a pool terrace that can accommodate large groups of up to 12 persons.
There are ample sunbeds plus a good supply of patio tables and chairs.
The three bedrooms of the main villa are tastefully furnished and are equipped with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is en suite plus there is one further family bathroom.
(The apartment area has it's own bathroom etc.).
The lounge is very well equipped including satellite, flat screen TV, Hi Fi. telephone for incoming calls & a computer with broadband connection.
From here there are double windows that open to the furnished terrace and then on down to the swimming pool and barbecue area.
The villa has a spacious roof terrace that is furnished with very comfortable rattan lounge sofa and chairs. Also on the roof terrace a 4 person hot tub/Jacuzzi that has commanding views accross the golf course.
Miraflores is well located for the entertainments of the Costa del Sol and in particular the horse racing track, The Hipodromo - is only minutes up the road.
Golf of courses are in abundance, in addition to Miraflores, many International standard courses are within minutes of the villa, La Cala Golf, Mijas Golf and Cabopino are but a few. For children the list is endless, Horse riding in La Cala, Tivoli World at Benalmadena, golden sandy beaches, watersports, Tennis Club del Sol they just won't have time for it all.
Places to visit include: Granada, Marbella, Fuengirola, Malaga, Benalmadena, Mijas, Mijas Hippodrome, Seville, Torremolinos, Puerto Banus, Ronda, Sierra Nevada, Tivoli World and the golden beaches of the Costa del Sol.
