centre of Nerja, within easy walking distance of the main shopping streets and all of the most popular restaurants and bars. Although there is no shortage of parking a car is really not necessary the beaches of Nerja are all but a few minutes away as is the famous Balcon de Europa (5 minutes). The building is small with only 29 apartments on 4 floors. It was designed to be wheelchair friendly and has ramps and lifts throughout as well as 80 centimetre door widths.
The modern kitchen has all you will need for intimate dinner parties and the dining area is elegantly laid out with a Spanish style dinner table and eight chairs. It opens onto a small veranda.
The apartment is air conditioned and heated for that occasional chilly winter evening. There are two spacious bedrooms which open onto a terrace area and the lounge also opens to a terrace which is furnished with table and 8 chairs for 'al fresco' eating - from the terrace there are views to the Mediterranean
