Wonderful sea views and just a stones throw from Burriana Beach in Nerja our two bedroom apartment is perfect for family holidays or for couples who just want a relaxing break - long winter rentals are also available.
The property is in the Capistrano Playa development and shares a large Laguna style swimming pool and children's pool.
The apartment is more like a town house as it has two floors and access directly from the street. There is also a roof terrace which is just right for sun bathing.
The two bedrooms, 1 double and a twin are located on the first floor where there is also a bathroom with separate shower as well as a bath.
Our well furnished Lounge/Diner and kitchen are on the lower (ground floor) level. There is a second shower room on the ground floor also. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The entrance is adjacent to the swimming pool and there is parking right by the door.
From the apartment Burriana Beach is five minutes stroll via the well cared for gardens at Capistrano Playa and the shopping center at Nerja is only 10 minutes away. The gardens are illuminated at night creating a somewhat romantic atmosphere.
There is a very pleasant restaurant and bar inside the complex - restaurants and bars however are plentiful in the area, all just minutes away.
Public transport is first class which means that a car would not be essential although there are some very interesting and picturesque places to visit around Nerja that are easier to visit with a car.
Some of these places include the fascinating white Andalucian village of Frigiliana, Nerja Caves & Lake Vinuela. Golf is available to non members at the Clubs of Anoreta and Baviera - there are 3 good riding schools close by also offering short rides or treks into the hills.
