An absolute haven - our villa overlooks the 18th hole at Estepona Golf Course on the Costa del Sol and the Sierra Bermeja mountains.
There are three large bedrooms on two floors.
On the upper level is the master bedroom which is en suite and has its own private terrace. From the terrace you will enjoy wonderful views over the tropical gardens right down to the Mediterranean Sea.
There are two further bedrooms downstairs, one is a double and the other a twin plus a spacious family bathroom.
The lounge is furnished to the highest standard. There is a flat screen TV, video machine and DVD/CD player as well as a selection of movies to help you relax after a satisfying day on the golf course. The glass fronted wood burning fire is also very welcoming on that occasional chilly winters evening.
The dining room is separate and next to the very modern and well equipped kitchen. There is every convenience needed to make your dining a pleasurable experience right down to the waste disposal unit, dish washer and compact disk to help create a romantic atmosphere.
From the lounge via patio doors is direct access to the gardens, sun terrace and swimming pool area. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture for al fresco eating - in this part of Spain we spend more time outside than in. Even in the winter months you can expect at least 6 hours of sunshine per day.
Although we are situated on the edge of the golf course at Estepona, this is not just a golfing holiday destination, it is the perfect location for all round family holidays. There are some wonderful areas for walking and lots of wild life.
Estepona beaches are just a few minutes away from the villa and some of the resorts which have made the Costa del Sol famous such as Marbella & Puerto Banus are a short easy drive. Inland destinations for day trips include Ronda and Seville.
