The apartment is beautifully furnished and located on the 6th floor with views out to the Mediterranean sea. There are two bedrooms - 1 double and a twin, a spacious lounge diner with a serving hatch through to the modern and fully equipped kitchen.

The lounge opens onto a furnished terrace area which is perfect for sunbathing.

The building has a big communal swimming pool and this is set in well cared for tropical gardens filled with palm trees

bougainvillea and scented Jasmine.

Close to the apartment there are many family restaurants, bars, and places for a quick snack. They are mainly inexpensive and ideal for feeding the kids after an exciting day at the beach.

Apart from the beaches there are many other forms of holiday type entertainment close by such as golf, Tivoli World theme park and of course the huge Splash Park.

Adults are definitely not going to miss out here in Benalmadena. We have some of the most spectacular entertainments only a short walk or bus ride from the apartment. The Casino in Torrequebrada is fascinating and a summer evening at the Horse racing in the Hippodrome is fun for the whole family.

The apartment is perfect also for longer term winter lets, being so central and with such good public transport a car would not be needed.
