The property consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, both of which have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a further family bathroom with shower.
The lounge dining room is very roomy and extremely well furnished - it opens via sliding patio door onto the terrace which is also well furnished. From the terrace there are views over the swimming pool, mature gardens and on to the Mijas Hills. In the gardens below the apartment in addition to the pool there is a children's pool.
In the lounge is a television with DVD player and a high fi system so remember to bring your discs with you - the television can receive satellite.
Adjacent to the dining room is the separate kitchen, completely equipped right down to the dishwasher, there is also a microwave as well as the normal cooking facilities. The washing machine is in the laundry/utility room, this is accessed from the kitchen.
Entertainment in the area is wide and varied. The Hippodrome is only 5 minutes from the apartment, here there is horse racing all summer and from 2005 it has attracted some huge concert artists including Bryan Adams, Elton John and Rod Stewart. The golden beaches are no more than 5 minutes away, there is horse riding, an abundance of good restaurants, golf, tennis, plus virtually any water sport you care to mention.
