This is a modern apartment with all of the amenities required for comfortable living, either long term or for a short holiday break. Situated close to the Paseo Maritimo and the long open beaches of Almuñecar, it is a short walk to the old town center. There is good shopping close to the apartment and the weekly market is only 5 minutes walk.
The accommodation comprises, 2 comfortable twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, a spacious and well furnished lounge / diner, a modern kitchen plus separate utility room and a good sized terrace. The lounge opens via double sliding patio doors onto the terrace and this in turn is furnished with patio furniture and sun umbrella.
Views from the terrace are panoramic over Almuñecar and to the sea and to the mountains.
Almuñecar is a delightful and cosmopolitan town having
built up around its' Ancient Moorish white village - you will love to wander the enchanting old town center. There are restaurants and bars to suit every taste and pocket and so many wonderful places to visit close by - including the Ski Resort of Sierra Nevada which generally has snow from November to May - 75 min's by car and a great day out even if you don't ski. Try also to make it during one of our fiestas, this is a town that knows how to party - but book early because these dates go quickly.
