Monte Almendros is one of the most exclusive residential areas on the Costa Tropical.

Dos Palmeras, a spacious two bedroom villa nestles amongst scented oleander, jasmine and hibiscus on the hillside above the ancient white village of Salobreña.

The villa is a large bright and airy villa with all the conveniences for modern daily life. The tropical gardens are very private and there are lots of spacious terrace areas which overlook the recently built swimming pool. From the terrace and from most parts of the villa are wonderful views out to the Mediterranean Sea.

The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes providing lots of good storage space. The well fitted family bathroom has both bath and shower.

The lounge and dining area is very roomy with lovely views and the whole is furnished to a very high standard. There is UK Satellite TV and radio in the lounge.

The villa has a new American style kitchen with breakfast bar and is equipped with everything you could need including microwave oven, ceramic hobs, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

The village of Salobreña is vibrant, going about its daily business oblivious to the few foreign tourists and visitors who come here to sample the real Spain. You will find yourself overwhelmed by this wonderful area.

The mountains of the Alpujarras, Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, the beaches, the golf and of course the weather. Famous for the near tropical climate which gives this area its name - protected by the mountains from behind we enjoy a micro climate which enables our farmers to produce the most exotic fruits in Europe.

Still unspoiled by mass tourism but very much part of the 21st century there are good supermarkets and shopping is easy.

Motril, only 5 minutes from the villa is the second largest town in Granada province with a pedestrianised town centre just oozing with charm.

Spend a couple of hours sitting in Plaza Palmeras with the locals sipping a glass of "vino verano" and soak up the Spanish way of life. We guarantee you will not want to go home!!!

There are 3 golf courses within easy reach of the villa - Granada, Baviera and Motril golf course which is no more than 5 minutes drive. Motril (Moriscos golf) is currently 9 hole but a further 9 holes are under construction and should be ready to play by summer 2007.

Motril golf is open to all and pay as you play, prices are very reasonable.
